Releasing Is Only Half The Story….
I don’t know what your intention is by getting involved in the process in releasing, it may be that you want more inner peace, you want to get rid of some limiting inner programming, or that you want to be able to have more control over you emotions, but for me a big part of the reason that I got into releasing was because I am very interested in conscious creation and manifestation.
I truly believe that we are all powerful creators, and in fact that every thought we have in every second of every hour of every day, 24-7-365, is contributing to the manifestation of the experience that we are having known as “reality”.
So why does this apply to releasing?
Because if you have done any studying of manifestation, or tried to apply the techniques into your own life, then you will know that a big part of it is to be able to let go of the fears and limiting contradictory thoughts that you are holding on to, quite often unconsciously.
The thing that I have come to realize recently, and the reason for this post, is that although its really important to let go and have the awareness of letting go, for most humans we still need to have an idea of what we want, a direction to head in. The rare example of people like Lester Levenson, are inspiring, but maybe not always realistic to most of us who are using the Release Technique or Sedona Method. So my point is, if your trying to manifest within your life consciously as a deliberate creator of your reality, then great, more power to you, honestly, but don’t forget that its a mixture of letting go of what you don’t want : emotionally and mentally, and focusing your mind and your emotional energy on what you do want consistently that will bring you results. To be too much on one side of either, will make you unbalanced and probably cause you to linger around not really getting the results that you are after.
Just my two cents, please comment if you have any ideas on this concept, and I will be more that happy to converse with you ; )
